Craving for pasta? Looking for a simple restaurant with a large outdoor terrace? With cheap prices? OK, not that cheap, but less expensive than the average cosy restaurant you might find in the Aix city centre.
Anyway, many of us, simple wanderers, end up in the Prima Pasta. It’s not heaven on earth, but it does the job. Pasta always do the job.
OK, anyone can cook pasta, but the way they do it at Prima Pasta is quite decent: really all’dente, and the sauce does not look like coming out of some ready-made can or tube.
Plates are not huge, but normal eaters will be satisfied. Some may even not finish the meal, not because it does not taste good, but because there’s too much. If you already had food before ordering, choose something light or there may be wasted stuff here...
Plus cressinis (breadsticks) are offered and the coffee is well served. Desserts are quite nice as well and the bill will not ruin you unless you’ve ordered bottles of rare Italian wines. Around 25€ per person with drinks. Meals are between 12 and 20€, pasta around 14, wine starts at 16€/bottle (75cl).

Forum des Cardeurs is a nice place just behind Hotel de Ville, fullof restaurants. Prima Pasta is in the middle of the place. Enjoy!
